About Holiday for Everyday

Holiday for Everyday was an idea of mine for many years, but I did not know how to make it happen. I had originally conceived it as a newspaper column but could not find a way to market it. As I became more comfortable with Web design I decided to make the concept a traditional Website. But after having it up and running for a year I felt that it was stagnant. I wanted this to be an interactive site were I could discover holidays from around the globe and offer recipes and ways to celebrate. I also would love to hear how my readers bring celebration into their lives throughout the year.

Hi! I am Donna Moore and the creator of Holiday for Everyday. I am the mother of two who is lucky enough to   work with her husband, who is an animator. I run the day-to-day business of his studio Moore Studios in southern New Jersey. I also home school our son who is just starting high school. Our daughter is active in the drama department in her school and I make the costumes for their plays.
